This is a fun middle grade read and just what I needed to reset my reading between larger tomes.
Mim lives in a poor kingdom after a curse was cast over the land on the day of her birth. Can she ever find out what happened and then save the kingdom?
I found this an enjoyable romp of a story and, although nothing particularly new, it was fun and engaging throughout. 3 stars
