Blog Tour – Master Artificer by Justin Call – Extract
I really enjoyed Master of Sorrows when it came out, so when Gollancz contacted me to see if I'd be on the blog tour I was thrilled to say yes! I'll be reading it ASAP and sharing my thoughts when I do, but in the meantime - have an extract!

Book Review – Here the Whole Time by Vitor Martins
This is not a book I would have necessarily picked up if I didn’t get an ARC free in a book box. And I’m glad I did because otherwise, I would have missed out.

Book Review – Rumaysa: A Fairytale by Radiya Hafiza
This is such a cute set of short stories. I am not sure I was expecting that, but they are all linked so really it’s one story with three distinct parts. And it works so well. It’s a slightly younger middle grade I think, and a very easy read (I think I read it in about 45 minutes), but very enjoyable.

Book Review – The Weather Weaver by Tamsin Mori
This was just as adorable as I hoped! And Nimbus the cloud has such a vivacious personality, I want my own cloud now...

Book Review – Destination Anywhere by Sara Barnard
I loved everything about the roadtrip, and the fact she visits places I have been made me both nostalgic and bitten by the travel bug! The friendships she eventually makes there are so lovely, and it’s really nice to see Peyton learn to open up.

Book Review – Cinderella is Dead by Kalynn Bayron
A book about lesbians challenging the patriarchy?? YES. I knew I needed it. Plus it's a fairytale retelling?? Just shut up and take my money.

Book Review – Random Sh*t Flying Through The Air by Jackson Ford
This series is so wonderfully brilliant. I was going to say joyful, but it seems wrong to say that about a book in which so many people are killed by a child! We get more of Tegan's brand of sarcasm and sass, and a super-smart 4-year-old trying to destroy the planet. What more could you want?

Book Review – The Library of the Dead by T.L. Huchu
I was pretty excited about The Library of the Dead - it fits right into one of my favourite genres - an alternate magical society with a mystery element. Yes, that's specific, and yes, I found enough books in that to justify the opinion! :D Set in an alternate Edinburgh, The Library of the Dead features a girl who can talk to the dead.

Book Review – When Villains Rise by Rebecca Schaeffer
This series is one I neeeeeeed to see more people shouting about. Where is the love???? Honestly I have adored every single moment of it, and am sad it doesn’t get more publicity. It's possible because I don't think it's been released here in the UK, but I'm not sure.

Book Review – A Desolation Called Peace by Arkady Martine
Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Five perfect stars. I love this series so much. I didn't think it could improve on Memory, but somehow it did. I've flagged this for mild spoilers, but I will try not to go too far.
